The 3rd Annual Convention was the second time the Association met in Maryland. What was obvious at this Convention was the growth in the Association since its earlier two meetings. It was also the Centenary Anniversary Year of GSTS and many important decisions were made at this Convention. The hosts for this convention were Giant Charles Kumi and Giant Irving Nemi.
